1. Subscription and Pricing

• Each subscription package is valid for one month. At the end of each month, you must manually reactivate your package to continue using the service. Payments are made monthly, and subscriptions do not renew automatically.
• Upgrades or downgrades to your package take effect immediately, allowing you to adjust your subscription according to your current needs.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

 This policy applies to:

• Unused portions of subscription periods
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Accidental purchases
• Changes in personal circumstances
•  Any inability to access or use the service due to technical issues or other reasons beyond our control.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy. Please carefully consider your purchase before completing the transaction.

3. User Accounts

• If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data and Privacy

• REM will not sell, share, or provide Your Data to third parties unless necessary to provide you with Services or required by law. We will promptly notify you of any breach of our obligations regarding Your Data.

5. Privacy Policy

• Your use of the REM is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

6. Leads Integration

• Your leads and related details integrated from platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, Google Forms, WordPress, and websites are visible only to your team members.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on REM, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of this material is strictly prohibited without explicit permission from IT Empire.

8. Third-Party Services

• The REM may integrate with third-party services like Facebook, Google Ads, Google Forms, WordPress, and websites. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. IT Empire is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services or for any content, products, or services available through them.

9. Account Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time through the App’s settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated data, including campaigns, leads, teams, and properties. Backups are encrypted and inaccessible for disaster recovery purposes.

10. Termination

• IT Empire reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to REM without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason or for no reason, by deleting your account through to delete Your Data.

11. Disclaimer

• Any transactions involving the purchase, sale, or rental of any kind will occur solely between you and the representative. IT Empire REM team is not responsible for payments or any specifics of the agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

• REM and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or these terms and conditions.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country where you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the state and federal courts located in your country.

14. Changes to Terms

• IT Empire reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
