Delete Account in REM App

Introduction

REM allows its users to Delete their profile. You have the option to delete your account anytime you’d like. This feature allows you to permanently remove your account and all associated data from our platform. If you’re sure you want to delete your account, follow the steps outlined in this Page to complete the process.

Delete Account

This feature allows you to permanently remove your account and all associated data from our platform. Please note that this action is irreversible, and you will no longer be able to access your account or retrieve any stored information, including:

• App data
• Purchase history
• Saved settings
• Login credentials

If you’re sure you want to delete your account, follow the steps outlined in this guide to complete the process. Before deleting your account, consider the following:

• You will no longer be able to access your account or retrieve any stored information.
• Any ongoing subscriptions or services linked to your account will be canceled.
• You may no longer be able to access related services or apps.

Steps to Delete Account

1. Log in to your account.
2. Tap on the “Menu” tab on the Bottom Navigation.
3. Scroll down to the “Delete Account ” from the Help & Support section.
4. Tap on “Delete Account“.
5. Confirm your Email.
6. Tap “Delete” to permanently remove your account.

Note: Deleting child accounts is not permitted. Only the parent account holder has the authority to manage or remove associated child accounts.

Delete Account in REM Web Portal

REM allows users to permanently delete their profiles along with all associated data at any time.
Follow the steps on this page to complete the account deletion process if you wish to proceed.

Steps to Delete Account

• Open REM Web Portal in your browser.
• Login to your account.
• At the top right corner, open the profile dropdown.
• Go to Profile.
• Select Delete Account.
• Click Yes and the account will be deleted successfully.

Note: Deleting child accounts is not permitted. Only the parent account holder has the authority to manage or remove associated child accounts.
