Analytics in REM App

Introduction

The Analytics Dashboard allows users to track lead activity, campaign performance, and agent productivity within a specific date range. By applying different filters, you can generate focused performance insights.

Accessing the Analytics

  1. Open the REM App.
  2. Tap on the menu icon in the bottom navigation.
  3. Tap on Analytics.

How It Works

1. Choose Date Range
Select a Start Date and End Date to view analytics for that specific period.

2. Choose Campaign
You can filter the results based on a single lead campaign/category or all campaigns. 

3. Choose Agents
Select specific agents or view data for all agents combined. Useful for tracking individual agent performance.

4. Choose Status
You can also filter your result based on the Lead Status.

View Client Stats

Once filters are applied, the dashboard displays client activity statistics for the selected criteria:

  • Total Created Leads
  • Total Calls Started
  • Total Call Duration
  • Meetings Scheduled
  • Total Files Shared

Show Clients

At the bottom, we have the Show Clients button, clicking this button redirects to a list view where users can see each client’s details, including name, campaign, contact information, status, and related activities.

Analytics in REM Web Portal

The Analytics module in the REM Web Portal provides clear, organized insights into lead activity, agent performance, and campaign outcomes — helping you effectively track and manage your business pipeline.

Accessing the Analytics

  1. Open the REM Web Portal in your browser and log in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile name at the top-right corner.
  3. Select Analytics from the dropdown menu.

Applying Filter Options

At the top of the Analytics section, use the available filters to customize your report:

  • Start Date & End Date — Define the reporting period.
  • Agents — View performance data for selected agents.
  • Campaign — Filter analytics for a specific campaign.
  • Lead Status — Narrow down results by selecting a particular lead status.

Reset Button:
Click the Reset button to clear all applied filters and return to the default view.

Lead Status

After applying filters, you can view a breakdown of leads based on their current status:

  • Total number of leads
  • Leads per status category

You can also select a specific lead status to view a focused overview, displaying stats and activity counts for that status only.

Overview

Below the lead status overview, you’ll find a graphical representation of key performance metrics:

  • Leads Created
  • Calls Started
  • Meetings Scheduled
  • Files Shared

This graph offers a quick visual summary of your selected reporting criteria.

Analytics

In addition to the graph, numerical values for each metric are displayed for precise reference:

  • Total Created Leads
  • Total Calls Started
  • Total Call Duration
  • Meetings Scheduled
  • Total Files Shared

The dashboard updates automatically based on your selected filters, providing real-time, actionable insights.
