Manage Messages in the REM App

How To Add Message

You can easily add custom messages, Keep your communication smooth and engaging across WhatsApp, Email, and SMS. You can also add the message from your company account and assign that message to your selected or all agents.

  1. Tap on the Menu.
  2. Select Content.
  3. Tap the (+) button on your message list to create a new message template, A message template has only two parts:
  4. Enter the Message Title for your reference. Title is only visible to you within the REM app, and is used to help you organize and find your messages. Your clients won’t see this.
  5. Message is the message text that will be sent out to the client, and can contain text, links, and even emoji characters. Set the message.
    • Use the @clientName tag to dynamically replace it with your client’s name while sending.
    • Use the @companyName tag to dynamically replace it with your company’s name while sending.
  6. Once you’re done, tap the Add Template button to save the message to your content list. You can always edit or delete it at any time.

How To Edit Message

Edit your saved messages anytime to update introductions, follow-ups, or client updates. Simply modify the text, links, or emojis to keep communication relevant and effective.

  1. Open the message.
  2. Tap on the Options button at the top-right corner.
  3. Select Edit option from the drop down.
  4. Edit the Title or Message.
  5. Tap on Update Template.

How To Delete Message

Easily remove unwanted messages from your list with a simple tap. Keep your message organized and clutter-free.

  1. Open the message. Inside the detail Screen, Tap on the Options button.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. The message will be deleted form your list.

Send Message To Lead/Client

You can quickly send messages to leads or clients via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS with just one tap. Keep communication seamless and engagement effortless.

  1. Select the Message
  2. Tap on SEND TO CLIENT from the Detail screen
  3. From Client List Tap on Send button of the client to whom you want to send the message.
  4. Choose the platform—WhatsApp, email, or SMS—and send your message with ease

  • Select Contents.
  • Click the + New Message button the right corner.
  • Enter the Message Title for your reference. Title is only visible to you within the REM app, and is used to help you organize and find your messages. Your clients won’t see this.

  • Once you’re done, Click the Save Message button to save the message to your content list. You can always edit or delete it at any time.

  • Edit the Title or Preview.
  • Click on Update.

How To Delete Message

Easily remove unwanted messages templates from your list. Keep your message organized and clutter-free.

  • Click on the Delete  button. of the message you want to remove form the list.
  • Confirm OK to Delete the Message permanently from the list.
  • The corresponding message is deleted successfully.

Send Message To Lead/Client

You can send messages to leads and clients via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS with just go to leads. Simply tap the respective button to share the message instantly, ensuring smooth and efficient communication inside the leads.

Tracking Sent Messages in REM

You can monitor your message history directly from the REM Web Portal. This includes details like the number of messages sent and the timestamp of the last sent message. This feature helps you keep track of your communication with leads efficiently.
