Managing Your File

You can easily upload, organize, and share company policies, brochures, price lists, and other PDFs to keep important documents accessible and well-managed within your REM account.

Upload File

You can quickly upload company policies, brochures, price lists, and other PDFs to keep important documents organized and easily accessible in your REM account.

  • Tap the Upload button under Files tab,
  • Upload the file under Attachment
  • Enter the File Name (optional). If left blank, it will automatically default to the original file name.
  • Message is the message text that will be sent out to the client, and can contain text, links, and even emoji characters.
  • Once you’re done, tap the Add button to save the file.

Edit File

Once you edit a file, previously shared leads/clients will still have the old version. If needed, you must manually resend the updated file to ensure they receive the latest version.

  • Tap on file you want to edit
  • Tap on Option at the top right corner
  • Select Edit form the dropdown
  • Update the File Attachment , File Name, and Message
  • After updating tab on Update button
  • The file attachment, file name, and message will be updated. Any lead/client who previously received the shared file will no longer have access to the old link. If necessary, please resend the updated file to those lead/clients.

Delete File

Easily remove any file from your REM account. Once deleted, the file will no longer be accessible.

  1. Tap on Option at the top right corner
  2. Select Delete form the dropdown
  3. Confirm delete by selecting Yes
  4. The file is removed permanently from your files list in REM. Please note that previously shared file links will remain valid, allowing clients to access files at any time.

Send File

Quickly share company policies, brochures, price lists, or any other PDFs with leads or clients via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS in just one tap.

  1. You can also share files with Leads. REM makes it easy sending files. here how you can do it.
  2. Open that file form File listing
  3. Tap on SEND TO CLIENT
  4. From Client List Tap on Send button of the client to whom you want to send the message.
  5. Choose the platform—WhatsApp, email, or SMS—and send your File attachment with ease.

  • Click on the Contents from the Side bar.
  • Click the Upload button under Files tab.
  • Upload the file under Attachment
  • Message is the message text that will not be sent out to the client, and can contain text, links, and even emoji characters.
  • Once you’re done, tap the Add button to save the file.

Edit File

Once you edit a file, previously shared leads/clients will still have the old version. If needed, you must manually resend the updated file to ensure they receive the latest version.

  • Open the file, you want to edit
  • Click on Edit button at the top right corner
  • Edit the File or details you want to edit
  • Click on the Update button
  • The file has been updated successfully. Please note that any old versions you previously sent to your client will no longer be accessible after this edit.

Delete File

Easily remove any file from your REM account. Once deleted, the file will no longer be accessible.

  1. Click on Delete button at the top right corner.
  2. Confirm delete by selecting Ok.
  3. The file is removed permanently from your files list in REM. Please note that previously shared file links will remain valid, allowing clients to access files at any time.

Tracking Sent Files in REM

You can monitor your file history directly from the REM Web Portal. This includes details like the number of files sent and the timestamp of the last sent file. This feature helps you keep track of your communication with leads efficiently.
