Managing Property Publish Requests in REM

Overview:
In REM, when a property listing is added by a child account (such as a agent ), it does not publish directly within REM Website and Real Estate Portals(Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, Broker Connector). Instead, it appears in the Publish Requests page within the parent (company) account. This workflow ensures that all property listings maintain quality, accuracy, and alignment with company standards.

How It Works:

1. A child account adds a new property listing and submits it for publishing.
2. The listing appears under the Publish Requests section in the parent (company) account’s dashboard.
3. The company account reviews the submitted property details. If approved, the property will be published on the platform. If not, it can be rejected.
4. Only after the approval, the listing will be published.

This feature ensures complete publishing control, maintains brand standards, prevents unauthorized listings, and allows central management of all property listings created by sub-accounts within your organization.

Accessing Publish Properties Request in REM App

• Open the REM App.
• Navigate to the Menu in the bottom navigation bar.
• Tap on Publish Properties Request.
• Here you can see the Request List from where property can be Accept or Decline.
• You can switch between Sell and Rent Out.

Accessing Publish Request in REM Web Portal

• Open REM Web Portal in your browser.
• Click on Publish Request.
• Here you can see the Publish Request Property List from where property can be Accept or Decline the request.
• You can switch between Sale Inventory and Rental Inventory.
