Introduction

You can efficiently find the perfect property match for your client’s inquiry or inventory requirement by listing it on REM and managing your properties in My Listings.

With predefined default statuses, you can easily track listings, update details seamlessly, and assign listings to team members for collaboration. This ensures an organized inventory, streamlines property management, and improves accessibility for potential buyers.

Additionally, you can download the requirement as a PDF and share it with your client for easy communication and documentation.

Manage My Listings Through REM App

List Inventories/Inquiries Requirement of Your Client

List your client’s inventory or inquiry requirements to efficiently manage and match properties on REM.

  • Tap on + button in the bottom navigation.
  • Select Purchase Inquiry if your client wants to buy a property.
  • Select Sell Inventory if your client wants to sell a property.
  • Select Rental Inquiry if your client wants to rent a property.
  • Select Rent Inventory if your client wants to rent out their property.
  • After selecting the appropriate option, fill out the ADD REQUIREMENTS form.
  • Add Reference number, it will be added automatically or you can also add it manually.
  • Select Category from Residential, commercial and Land.
  • Select Availability from Ready and Off-Plan(if you select off-plan then choose project and Payment Plan).
  • Select Property Type from dropdown
  • Specify the number of Bedrooms.
  • Add the number of Baths.
  • Enter the Price and select the Currency.
  • Enter Down Payment.
  • Enter the Built-up Area in square footage(You can enter both whole numbers and decimal values).
  • In Inquiries, Choose Location from dropdown.
  • In inventories, Select the Location details:
    • In Select Community, search and choose the appropriate community from the dropdown
    • In Choose or Enter Subcommunity, select a building from the dropdown, or manually enter it if not listed.
    • Enter Tower Name.
    • Use the Map Preview to confirm or adjust the exact property location on the interactive map.
  • To assign the inquiry or inventory to a team member, select Team Permission and grant the appropriate access level—View, Edit, or Delete—based on their role.
  • Enter Owner Info, which is fully encrypted and accessible to you only. You can add more than one owner in inventory details.
  • Enter Name, Phone number, Email and Company name.
  • Upload Passport/NIC copy and enter Emirates ID.
  • Add Features and hit Enter to add Features.
  • Select Property Amenities.
  • Enter other details like Number of Parking, Number of Floors, Unit Number, Property Developer Name, Occupancy, Renovation status, Furnishing Status, Street Number, Street Name, plot size.
  • In Inventories, also enter these optional details like 360 View, Title Deed Number, Description, it can be added in English, Arabic, French. (whatever we add in english it can be auto translated in other languages) , Property Images, YouTube Video Link, RERA Number Details, RERA Permit Number.
  • Enter Layout Type and Services Charges.
  • Choose Document Name you want to upload from the dropdown menu like Form A, title deeds, passport copy, additional documents and many more.
  • Upload the relevant document file to enhance your listing. You can also add more than one documents.
  • Tap on Save & publish button to make it public, or Tap Save to keep it private.
  • REM will automatically generate a suitable title for your Listing.
  • If you tap Save & Publish, you can choose your Contact Options:
    • Anyone – All agents will see your listing and can contact you.
    • Verified Only – Only verified agents can contact you.
    • No One – No agents will be able to contact you for this listing.
  • Check the box if you are directly in touch with the owner of property.
  • Select Public Platforms to publish your listing on various channels:
    • Matchmaker – Publish on the REM platform.
    • REM Website – Publish on your website.
    • Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut – Publish on the corresponding real estate platforms.
  • Tap Start Matching 
  • View matching properties, then tap the contact agent and quickly close the deal.

Edit Inventories/Inquiries

You can edit the Inventories/Inquiries to update information and ensure accurate tracking. Simply select the property you want to update.

  1. Tap the 3 dots at the top right corner, in the detail screen of property.
  2. Select Edit from the option.
  3. Update the requirements
  4. Tap Save & Publish to make it public, or Tap Save to keep it private.
  5. Inventories/Inquiries have been updated successfully.

Change Inventories/Inquiries Status

You can easily monitor your Inventories/Inquiries status without worrying about remembering every small detail, making management more efficient and hassle-free.

  1. Tap on the status in front of the title to view available status options.
  2. Select the appropriate status to reflect the progress.
  3. The status has been updated successfully.

Delete Inventory/Inquiry

You can also delete the Inventory/Inquiry from the list. Properties that are outdated or have served their purpose can be deleted. Let’s look at the process of deleting a Property.

  1. Tap the 3 dots at the top right corner, in the detail screen of property.
  2. Select Delete from the option.
  3. Inventories/Inquiries will be deleted successfully.

Activities

Taping the “Activities” in the property details provides a complete history of all actions related to the property.

  • You can track when the property was added and modified.
  • Monitor any status changes over time.
  • Comments added.
  • Reminders and scheduled meetings with potential leads are also recorded.
  • Additionally, any attachments or documents added to the listing will be recorded in activities.
  • Created date, Created By, and Created Time is also recorded.

This feature ensures you stay updated on all important activities related to the property.

With a well-documented history, managing and tracking your listings becomes more efficient.

Comments

In the comment section, you can view all existing comments added by your self and track Call Logs. You can add new comments for the property.

  1. Tap +button.
  2. Tap Comment.
  3. Enter your comment and Tap OK.
  4. Comment will be added successfully.

Reminders

In the reminders section, you can manage all reminders by viewing existing ones, adding new reminders and delete the outdated ones as needed. REM will send notifications for reminders.

Add Reminder

  1. Tap +button.
  2. Tap Reminders.
  3. Select the reminder or you can also set the custom reminder.
  4. If you select Custom, then Enter Subject, Date, Time.
  5. Tap Save.
  6. Reminder has been added successfully.

Update Status of Reminder

You can also update the status of reminders according to progress.

  1. Tap status of the reminder you want to update.
  2. Select status from the dropdown.
  3. Status will be updated successfully.

Delete Reminder

  1. Tap on the Delete icon.
  2. A confirmation popup will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.
  3. Click Delete to proceed or Cancel to keep the item.
  4. Once deleted, the reminder cannot be restored. If you delete a reminder before its scheduled time, you will not receive any notifications for it.

Meetings

You can schedule meetings directly in the system for seamless property management. REM will send notifications when a meeting starts, ensuring you never miss an important appointment.

Add Meeting

  1. Tap +button.
  2. Tap Meetings.
  3. Enter Subject, Date and Time.
  4. Select Team Members that you want to add to the meeting.
  5. Select Meeting Location.
  6. If you select Online then, Enter Meeting Link.
  7. If you select On-Site then, Enter Location.
  8. Enter Description for meeting
  9. Tap Save, & Meeting will be added Successfully.

Update Status of Meeting

You can also update the status of meetings according to progress.

  1. Tap status of the meeting you want to update.
  2. Select status from the dropdown.
  3. Status will be updated successfully.

Edit Meeting

You can also modify the meeting details as needed.

  1. Tap the Edit icon on the meeting you want to update.
  2. Update the details of meeting
  3. Tap Save
  4. Meeting will be updated successfully.

Delete Meeting

  • Tap on the Delete icon.
  • A confirmation popup will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.
  • Click Delete to proceed or Cancel to keep the item.
  • Once deleted, the meeting cannot be restored. If you delete a meeting before its scheduled time, you will not receive any notifications for it.

Attachments

Easily manage property-related documents by adding attachments to listings. REM allows you to upload various formats including PDF, DOCX, DOC, JPG, JPEG, XLSX, CSV, XL, and PNG only.

  1. Tap +button.
  2. Tap  Attachments.
  3. Enter File name.
  4. Upload File.
  5. Tap Save.
  6. Attachment will be added successfully.

How to Generate Offer link & Professional PDF of a Listing

Generate Get Offer Link

You can generate offer links for Sale Inventory and Rental Inventory listings. Follow these steps:

  1. List down your client’s requirements or open the detail screen of the listing.
  2. Tap on the Copy Offer Link button.
  3. Choose you preferred Area and Currency .
  4. Enable Map, if you to add map in offer link of listing.
  5. Tap on Copy Offer Link button.
  6. Paste this Get Offer Link in new tab
  7. Get Offer Link will be generated with all the details you added.
  8. You can now share the Get Offer Link with your client, brokers, or agents, or use it as needed.

Generate PDF

  • List down your client’s requirements or open the detail screen of the listing.
  • Tap on the Generate PDF button.
  • Choose you preferred Area and Currency .
  • Enable Map, if you to add map in offer link of listing.
  • Tap on Generate PDF button, to create a standard PDF version.
  • Tap on Generate A4 PDF button, to generate a PDF formatted for A4 paper size.
  • PDF will be generated with all the details you added.
  • You can now share the PDF with your client, brokers, or agents, or use it as needed.

Manage My Listings Through Web Portal

List Inventories/Inquiries Requirements of Your Client

List your client’s inventory or inquiry requirements to efficiently manage and match properties on REM.

  • Select Purchase & Sale Properties or Rental Properties from the left bar.
  • Click + button on Inquiry or Inventory accordingly.
  • Select Category from Residential, commercial and Land.
  • Select Availability from Ready and Off-Plan(if you select off-plan then choose project or enter Project name, Expected Delivery date and Payment Plan).
  • Add Reference Number, its automatically added you can also update it manually.
  • Select number of Bedrooms from dropdown.
  • Select number of Baths from dropdown.
  • Enter the Price Range and select the Currency.
  • Enter the Area Range in square footage(You can enter both whole numbers and decimal values).
  • Select Property Type from dropdown
  • In inquiries, enter Location for your listing.
  • In inventories, For Location details:
    • City: You can search and select the city from a dropdown list.
    • Community: You can search and select the relevant community from a dropdown list.
    • Subcommunity: Can be selected from the dropdown or entered manually if not listed.
    • Tower Name: You can add the tower name manually, its optional.
    • Map Preview: The selected location is displayed on an interactive map, allowing you to confirm or adjust the exact position
  • In the Contact Information section: Enter Name, Phone number, Email and Company name, upload Passport/NIC copy and enter Emirates ID.
  • In the Property Details section
  • Select Property Features, Property Amenities.
  • Enter optional details like number of parking, number of floors.
  • Select Furnished Status and Renovation Status.
  • Enter Description of Internal Use.
  • Choose Property Available from Date and Property Build Year.
  • In inventory, also enter some optional details like unit number, property developer name, occupancy, street number, Street Name, build-up area, Youtube link, plot size,360 view, title deed number, financial status, service charges, layout Type.
  • For Property finder, select price on request, project status, freehold.
  • Add property images.
  • Add Description, it can be added in English, Arabic, French. (whatever we add in english it can be auto translated in other languages).
  • Add RERA number details, RERA permit number, form A, title deeds, passport copy, and additional documents to enhance your listing.
  • Click on Save.
  • REM will automatically generate a suitable title for your property.
  • Choose Contact Options.
  • Enter Commission Sharing Option.
  • Select yes/no for is directly covered.
  • Select Public Platforms(Matchmaker to publish it on REM platform).
  • Click on Start Matching to instantly get relevant property matches, along with a match percentage and the contact details of the agent.
  • Property saved successfully.

Edit Inventories/Inquiries

You can update inventories and inquiries to keep information accurate and ensure seamless tracking.

  1. Select the property you want to update.
  2. Select the Edit icon
  3. Update the requirement and click Save. 
  4. Select Update Property
  5. The status has been updated successfully.

Change Inventories/Inquiries Status

You can track your inventory with a status, eliminating the hassle of remembering every minute detail.

  1. Select the property.
  2. Click on Status to view available options.
  3. Select the appropriate status from the dropdown to reflect the progress.
  4. The status has been updated successfully.

Delete Inventories/Inquiries

You can also delete the Inventories/Inquiries from the list.

  1. Select the property you want to update
  2. Click the Delete icon.
  3. Inventories/Inquiries will be deleted successfully.  

Quick Reminder Widget

  1. You can access the quick reminder menu by clicking the “Add Reminder” button to add Reminders.
  2. Select the reminder or you can also set the custom reminder.
  3. If you select Custom, then Enter Subject, Date, Time.
  4. Click Confirm.
  5. Reminder will be added successfully.

Match Property

The Match Property section helps in finding properties that align with a client’s preferences and requirements. It compares property listings with client/lead criteria, making it easier to identify suitable options. This feature streamlines the search process and enhances the chances of a successful match.

Comments

In the comment section you can add notes for the property and can view Call Log & Comments

  1. Click Leave a comment.
  2. Type comment.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Comment will be added successfully.

Notes

You can add notes to any property for reference or important updates. You can also add the clickable links in the notes that helps to open websites or reference links directly without needing to copy and paste (Format must include https:// for the link to be active.)

Activities

Activities section in the property details gives you a complete record of all actions related to the property.

  • You can track when the property was added, modified, and monitor any status updates over time.
  • All comments, reminders, and scheduled meetings with potential leads are logged for easy reference.
  • Attachments and documents added to the listing are also recorded in the activity history.
  • Additionally, details such as Created Date, Created By, and Created Time are captured.

This feature keeps you informed about all key activities, making property management and tracking more efficient.

Meetings

  2. Enter Attachment Name.
  3. Upload Attachments.
  4. Click Confirm.
  5. Attachment will be added successfully.

Property Details

The Property Details section provides a comprehensive description of the property, if added. This helps to understand the property’s key attributes. Any updates or modifications to the details are also recorded for accurate tracking.

Contact Information

The Contact Information section stores essential details of clients/leads, including their name, phone number, email, and other relevant information added to the property. This helps in maintaining clear communication and easy follow-ups. All interactions and updates related to the client are recorded for seamless tracking and management.
