Each project is accompanied by high-quality images and essential details like the project’s Name, type, location, price, and completion date allowing you to visualize the property before making any commitment.

View Properties

Easily explore property details, including available building units for sale, comprehensive floor information, and bedroom specifications with pricing details for a well-informed decision. You can also filter these available units. multiple filtering options for available units are:

• Search bar to filter available units by unit number.
• Filter available units based on various criteria including Building, Status(On-Sale, Sold Out, Booked), Area, Price, number of Beds, number of Floors.
• Switch button in the header of the Available Units screen to toggle between list view and grid view.
• Add Inventory for the available unit of project from the bottom button in View Properties.
• Create Presentation and Get Offer Link of available units by simply clicking on it.

Re-Sell Units for Sale

Access detailed listings of available units for sale. This feature provides information on unit availability and helps you easily browse properties according to your preferences.

About Project

Get a complete overview of key project details, including general facts and insights from the developers. Easily access the developer’s contact details for quick inquiries or further information about the project and available units.

Typical Unit & Prices

Get a clear overview of the project’s layout and structure, including development phases, completion timelines, and potential future expansions. Explore typical unit details with floor plans, room sizes, and pricing information to ensure the property meets your preferences.

How to Generate Get Offer Link and Download PDF for Presentation of Available unit

1. Select the project and open its detail screen.
2. Tap the View Properties button.
3. Select Available Units.
4. Tap Create Presentation button.
5. Choose Design (Old or New).
6. Choose Theme (Light or Dark).
7. Choose Area (Sqft or Sqm).
8. Choose your client’s preferred currency in the Offer Currency field.
9. Select the Offer Language to customize the content in your client’s language.
10. Enable the optional details you want to include such as: Show Company logo as Watermark, Full Description, Developer, and Map.
11. Once all settings are finalized:
    • To share via link, tap Get Link to generate the Offer Link.
    • To download a document, tap Download PDF.
12. Your presentation is now ready — either as a shareable link or a downloadable PDF to present to your client.

Create Quotation in REM App

How to Generate Get Offer Link and Download PDF for Quotation of Available unit

1. Select the project and open its detail screen.
2. Tap the View Properties button.
3. Select Available Units.
4. Tap the Create Quotation button.
5. Choose Area (Sqft or Sqm).
6. In the Offer Currency field, select the currency to define the property price.
7. Select the Offer Language to share the details in your client’s preferred language.
8. You can Add Custom Fields if you want.
9. Add Notes for that available unit.
10. Once all settings are finalized:
    • To share via link, tap Get Link to generate the Offer Link.
    • To download a document, tap Download PDF.
11. Your quotation is now ready — either as a shareable link or a downloadable PDF to present to your client.

Available Units in REM WEB

How to Generate Get Offer Link in REM Web Portal

1. Select a project and open its detail screen.
2. In the Available Unit section, click on the “Explore Unit” button.
   • Floors having Available units will display in solid black color.
   • Floors having no Unavailable units will appear in a light grey color.
3. Choose the desired floor and click “Get Offer Link”
4. Choose Design (Old or New).
5. Choose Theme (Light or Dark).
6. Choose Area (Sqft or Sqm).
7. In the “Offer Currency” field, select the currency to define the property price.
8. Select the “Offer Language” to share the details in your client’s preferred language.
9. Enable the details you want to include in the PDF, such as: Full Description, Developer, and Map.
10. Once all settings are finalized, click the “Get Offer Link” button.
11. Your Offer Link will be generated, then copy the link and its ready to share with your client.

Quotations:

1. There is Option of Quotations at the top, when you enable this feature some of the options will become disabled.
   • Choose Area (Sqft or Sqm).
   • In the Offer Currency field, select the currency to define the property price.
   • Select the Offer Language to share the details in your client’s preferred language.

With REM Off-Plan feature, filtering projects is a breeze. You can easily access listings categorized as Announced, Under Construction, On Sale, Out of Stock, or in Pre-Sale. Additionally, you can refine your search by filtering projects based on various criteria, including project status, city, district, price range, area, and the number of bedrooms, allowing you to find exactly what you’re looking for.

Sort

You can sort the projects to enhance your browsing experience. Sort listings by criteria such as price, completion date, or area to quickly identify the best options that meet your needs. This sorting capability ensures you can navigate through the projects efficiently and make informed decisions.

Map Filter

Use the map filter for a quick project preview. Simply tap on the map, navigate to any location, and tap on a marker to view project details. This feature allows you to visually explore project locations and access relevant information with ease.
