Introduction

The User/Agents feature in REM enables you to efficiently manage your Team member accounts by creating, editing, and organizing accounts with ease. By assigning User Roles, you ensure clear responsibilities and optimized workflows. Additionally, REM makes it simple to update profiles, deactivate accounts, and reassign tasks, keeping your operations smooth and organized.

Manage User/Agents Accounts Through REM App

Create User/Agent Account:

You can create a User/Agent account by entering their details, assigning a User Role, and setting permissions based on their responsibilities.

  • Tap the menu in the lower-right corner.
  • Go to Users/Agents.
  • Tap the + button.
  • Upload the user’s image.
  • Enter their first and last name.
  • Add their email address.
  • Select the country code from the list or search for a specific code.
  • Add their phone number.
  • Select a role for this team member.
  • Choose the country and set the currency.
  • Create a secure password for the user.
  • Tap Create Agent to successfully add the user.

Now you can invite this user/agent as a team member to any Team.

Editing a User/Agent:

As a company admin you can edit a User/Agent by updating their details, modifying roles, adjusting permissions, or deactivating their account as needed.

  • To edit, tap the user’s profile and select the edit icon.
  • Update the Profile Image , First name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Role, Currency, Password as well. 
  • After updating the details tap on Update Agent.

Deactivating a User Account:

To deactivate a user account, follow these steps:

  1. Tap on the Active status of the specific user and change it to Deactivated.
  2. Assign the leads and properties of this user to another team member or yourself to maintain proper management.

This ensures smooth operations and keeps your data organized without any gaps.

Deleting a User Account:

To delete a user account:

  1. Swipe left on the user’s name and tap the Delete icon.
  2. Assign the leads and properties of this user to another team member or yourself to ensure smooth management and prevent any data loss.

Manage User/Agents Accounts Through Web Portal

Create User/Agent Account:

  • Go to Users/Agents.
  • Click on the + Add New button to create new user/agent.
  • Enter their First and Last Name.
  • Set the Currency and Country from the dropdown.
  • Add their Email address and Phone Number.
  • Select the country code from the list or search for a specific code.
  • Upload the user’s Image.
  • Select a role for this team member.
  • Create a secure Password for the user/agent.
  • Click Create to successfully create the user/agent account.

Now you can invite this user/agent as a team member to any Team.

View User Activities

To track the user activities

  • Go to View User Activities of agent
  • Here you can track the activities of that specific agent

Hide/Show sales executives of projects from agents

To hide/show sale executives of projects from agents

  • Go to Hide/Show sales executives of the agent to change selections for that agent account.
  • Select Hide All, if you want to hide sale executives of all developers.
  • Select Select All, if you want to show sale executives of all developers.
  • Select the developers, if you want to show sale executives of selected developers.
  • There is a search bar as well, you can search the developers from there.
  • Click on Save Selections.
  • Changes will be reflected to that specific agent account.
