WhatsApp Sales Funnel Integration

Step 1: Choose Portfolio

Open business.facebook.com

• Go to Settings from left sidebar
• Select the “ Business Portfolio”

If you don’t have any portfolio, you can create it

• Click on business profile from top right corner
• Click on Create a Business Portfolio
• Add your business details and click Create
• Add assets to portfolio if required and click Next
• Add people to the portfolio if required and click Next
• Review your portfolio and click Confirm
• Portfolio will be created successfully
• Choose the portfolio from dropdown

Step 2:  Create an App

• Go to Apps from left sidebar
• Hover over Connect an app ID and then Select the Confirm Account
• Verify the number and then the email
• Select Other
• Then from the open screen select the Create app
• App detail → Enter Company name Inside App Name  and enter App contact email
• Usecase → Chose Others and click Next
• Type → Select the first option (Business) and Next
• Details → Choose business portfolio and then click Create App
• Enter password of Facebook account and verify

Step 3:  Add Phone Number

Open Developer.facebook.com

• Go to My App
• Enable the Developer Mode by clicking a toggle button.
• When enabled, a small pop-up appears on the screen.
• Click on a Basic settings from pop-up and it will open in new tab.
• Paste the Privacy Policy link of your website in URL for Privacy policy field andave it it.

• Go to Dashboard
• Click on Whatsapp Setup
• Then API Setup from left sidebar and continue

• Add payment method
• Click on Generate access token
• Generate token with default details
• Copy the token and share with us

• From Test number dropdown, click Add Phone Number
• WA bussiness profile → Enter Name, choose Professional services and click Next
• Add number → Add new Number and Verify Number
• Copy Phone Number id and WhatsApp Business Account id and share with us.

Note: This number will work only with REM and meta, not at whatsapp 

Step4:  Create System User Generate Token

Again open business.facebook.com

• Go to Settings
• Go to System User
• Click on Add
• Add System User Name as admin 
• Select Role → admin
• Click Create System User

• Open recently created system user
• Click on three dots of system user
• Now Select Assign Assets  
• Select Portfolio and enable Everything
• Go to Apps → select All and enable full control  
• Now Go to Whatsapp Account, select All and enable full control
• done

Now we have to generate the token for system user.

1. Click Generate Token Button
2. Select the App from dropdown and click Next
3. Token Expiry → Select Never and click Next
4. Assign two permissions
   • Whatsapp business messages 
   • Whatsapp business manager
5. Verify token and click Done
6. Again click Generate token “ copy the token “and and share with us.

Step 5: Configuration

Again open developer.facebook.com 

1. Go to WhatsApp from left sidebar
2. Click Configurations
3. Inside call back URL: put the link we share with you
4. Enter Password
5. Click on Verify and Save
6. Subscribe → messages

Step 5: How to create a template message

Go to Business.facebook.com

1. Go to All Tools from left sidebar
2. Search for Whatsapp
3. Go to Manage Template and create a template there with default settings and submit for review
4. After message get active you can access that template message in Whatsapp funnel from your REM account
