You can efficiently manage your leads/Clients in REM by creating dedicated Lead Categories and Campaigns, allowing for better organization and streamlined tracking. With customized Lead Categories, you have full control over lead assignments and receive instant notifications whenever a lead comes from a third-party source. This enables real-time updates, quick responses, and ensures you stay organized, track leads efficiently, and never miss an opportunity to engage with potential clients.

How To Create Lead Category/Campaign

You can create a Lead Category or Campaign in REM and manage your leads seamlessly.

  1. Tap the menu in the lower-right corner.
  2. Go to Lead Category/Campaign
  3. Enter Lead Category
  4. First, set Contact Permission to decide how leads are distributed:
  • Available to Everyone: Leads assigned to all team members. 
  • First Touch Only: Leads go to all team members, but the agent who responds first claims the lead.
  • Only Me: it enables owners to import leads to their account and manually assign them to team members, ensuring complete control and personalized management.
  • Lead rotation : Each team member will receive a unique lead.
  1. Select the Team Members you want to assign leads to.
  2. Select Lead Statues for this Lead Category/Campaign.
  3. Next, set the Re-Assign Hour to ensure uncontacted leads are redistributed automatically, ensuring no client is left un-contacted. The distribution will follow the settings you’ve defined in Contact Permission.
  4. To allow duplicate leads, select “Yes,” or choose “No” to ensure only unique leads are received.
  5. Enable campaign notifications by selecting “Yes” to receive alerts for new leads, or “No” to disable them.
  6. Add the details of the Lead Category/Campaign

How To Edit Lead Category/Campaign

You can edit the Lead Category or Campaign anytime to update the name, contact permissions, reassign hours, team members, duplicate client settings, notifications, and details.

  1. Tap on the  Lead Category/Campaign you want to edit.
  2. Tap the Edit option in the top-right corner.
  3. Update the information you want to change.
  4. Once done, tap on Update Campaign.
    • The information will be updated successfully.

How To Export Leads

You can export your all leads or selected leads of a Leads Category in Excel sheet easily by using the Download Lead button.

How To Filtering Leads

You can use the status filter to quickly sort and find specific leads using the status of Leads.

How To Add Lead

You can add a lead directly by tapping the “Add Lead” button inside the lead category details screen. Simply add the details of lead and tap on save button.

You can view and update the settings of your Lead Category/Campaign directly from the details section.

How To Inactive Lead Category/Campaign

To disable receiving leads for a specific Leads category/campaign, simply set it to inactive, or follow these steps.

  1. Simply tap on the “Active” status.
  2. Select “Inactive” to deactivate the Lead Category/Campaign.

Once set to inactive, all leads associated with this category or campaign will no longer appear in your Leads/Clients list. You will only see leads from active categories or campaigns.

How To Create Campaign

You can create a Lead Category or Campaign in REM and manage your leads seamlessly.

1. Click on Add New button in side the Lead Category/Campaign

2. Enter Lead Category  Name

3. Select Contact Permission Role to decide how leads are distributed

  • Every One: Leads assigned to all team members. 
  • First Contacted: Leads go to all team members, but the agent who responds first claims the lead.
  • Sequential Assignment ( One by One) : Each team member will receive a unique lead.
  • Only Me: it enables owners to import leads to their account and manually assign them to team members, ensuring complete control and personalized management.

4. If you want to allow duplicate leads/clients, keep it “Yes”; otherwise, select “No” to recive only unique ones.

5. Enable campaign notifications by selecting “Yes” to receive alerts for new leads, or “No” to disable them.

6. Set the Re-Assign Hour to ensure uncontacted leads are redistributed automatically, ensuring no client is left un-contacted. The distribution will follow the settings you’ve defined in Contact Permission.

7. Select the Team Members you want to assign leads to.

8. Add the details in the Description of the Lead Category/Campaign

9. Click on Create button and lead Category/Campaign is selected successfully.

Edit The  Lead Category/Campaign

You can edit the Lead Category or Campaign anytime to update the name, contact permissions, reassign hours, team members, duplicate client settings, notifications, and details.

  1. Select the  Lead Category/Campaign you want to edit.
  1. Use the Edit option in the top-right corner of the desiver Lead category or Either open the Lead Category detail page, than Click on Edit button.
  1. Edit the Name, Select Contact Permission Role, reset the Select allow duplicate Lead, Select Allow Notifications,and Re-Assign hours and description of the Lead Category/Campaign.
  2. Once done, tap on Update Campaign.
    • The information will be updated successfully.

How To Export Leads

You can export all or selected leads of a particular Lead Category/Campaign in Excel sheet.

  • Select the leads you want to export.
  • Click on Export Leads (Total number of selected leads),

  • Confirm Ok
  • All the selected lead will be exported in excel sheet.

How to Reassign Leads

  • Select the leads/clients from the Lead Category/Campaign section.
  • Click on the “Reassign” option.

  • From the dropdown, choose “Reassign.”
  • Select the campaign to access the Users (team members).
  • Choose the team member to whom you want to assign the selected lead. You can also set the permission for the user.
  • Click “Confirm.”
  • The selected lead will be assigned to the chosen team member.

Track Lead Category/ Campaign By Activities

You can view the activities of your lead category, including who created, updated, and changed the status, of Lead Category/Campaign.
