Google Form Integration through REM

Google Form Setup

Create a Google Form with fields for Contact Name, and Mobile as required. Include optional fields like Company Name, Email, City, State, Country, Notes, Phone, Website, Address, Twitter, Skype, and Facebook for additional details.


Set Up Integration from REM App

  1. Tap on Google Form Campaign
  2. Select any campaign for integration
  3. Follow the Instruction on App Screen or you can follow the Instructions in this guide.

Following these step, Google Forms can be integrated With REM. These steps can be followed on a Mobile phone But it is recommended that you do this on a Desktop Computer

Set Up Google Form Integration from REM Web

You can also connect Google Forms to REM using the web platform. Just follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Integrations section.
  2. Click on the Connect button next to Google Form.
  3. In the popup, select campaign – by default, the Google Form campaign is selected.
  4. If needed, choose a different campaign from the dropdown menu.
  5. Follow any remaining prompts to complete the integration.

Configuring Google Form

Make sure you have opened Google Forms Page by Following this Link Google Forms Home. Also make sure you are logged in to your Google Account

  1. On Your Google Profile’s Form Page Tap on any form to Edit the form
  2. On the Form Edit Page Tap on More Button
  3. Select “Script editor” from the dropdown menu and click on it

Configuring Script Editor

Follow the Instructions

  1. Select the Code.gs Tab in the Left side of the screen. In the Code.gs tab, ensure the editor is empty by deleting any existing code.
  2. Copy and paste the provided script into the Code.gs tab. or You can
  3. To deploy the Script Expand the Deploy Menu and Click on New deployment.
  4. Select “Web app” as the deployment type and click Deploy button. Then Authorize access by clicking “Authorize access” when prompted.
  5. Click on Deploy to add this code
  6. Once authorized, you’ll see “Deployment successfully updated. Click on Done
  7. Click Run. That’s it! You can close the tab and open your form in a new tab to send a test lead.

   If you don’t see this screen make sure you have followed every step.

You have integrated your Campaign with Google Forms now you can test it add by adding a Lead.

Disconnecting REM Integration

Follow these simple steps to disconnect the integration:

  • Tap on the “Disconnect” button.

That’s it — your integration is now successfully disconnected!
