Connecting Property Finder Through the REM App

You can easily connect Property Finder with your REM App to manage leads and listings seamlessly — all from one place.

Capture Property Finder Leads in REM using API Key

You can seamlessly capture leads and Listings from Property Finder into your REM App using an API Key. Once connected, all incoming leads will automatically be assigned to the user whose property listing they originated from — no manual sorting needed.

Follow these simple steps to set it up:

1. Go to the Menu in your REM App.
2. Open the Integration section.
3. Tap on the Connect button under Property Finder Through API Key.
4. Select the Campaign you want to associate the leads with.
5. Enter your API Key and Client Secret from your Property Finder account.
6. Tap Save.

How to Generate API keys from Property Finder:

1. Log in to your Property Finder Account.
2. From the left panel, open the “Developer Resources” dropdown.
3. Select “API Credentials.”
4. Click on the “New API Key” button at the top right corner.
5. Enter your Company Name in the Name field.
6. Choose “API Integration” under Type.
7. Select “365 days” for Expiry Period.
8. Click on “Create Key.”
9. Copy the generated API Keys.

Important Note:

1. Please ensure that your agents contact details (Name, Email, and Phone Number) in REM are exactly the same in Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
2. Once verified, set the Property Finder campaign settings to “Only Me.”
3. For leads, make sure the relevant campaign does not already contain any leads to avoid confusion.
4. Before importing listings, please confirm the number of your purchase/sale/rental listings to ensure the new ones are imported successfully.

That’s it! Your REM App is now successfully connected to Property Finder via API. You’ll start receiving leads in real time — fully organized and automatically assigned.

6. Tap on Connect to Property Finder.

After integrating your REM App with Property Finder, you can publish your listings to Property Finder with just one click — no need to upload manually.

To Set Up the Integration:

1. Go to the Menu in your REM App.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Real Estate Portals.
4. Find Property Finder and copy the XML code.
5. Enable the integration by switching the toggle/button.

This will activate the XML feed, connecting REM with your Property Finder account.

How to Publish a Listing:

When you’re ready to make a listing live:

• Tap on + button in the bottom navigation.
• Select Sell Inventory if you want to sell a property.
• Select Rent Inventory if you want to rent out a property.

• Tap on Save & publish button to make it public.
• Simply check the box for “Property Finder” under the Publish Platform section while creating or editing your listing.
• Your listing request will then be automatically sent to Property Finder through the XML feed.

That’s it! Your listing will be published on Property Finder directly from REM — saving you time and ensuring your listings stay current across platforms.
