Connecting to Facebook

Introduction

Easily integrate Facebook with the REM App to streamline lead management. Connect your account, select a page, assign campaigns, and automatically sync leads for seamless tracking and engagement.

Integration Through the REM App.

  1. Tap on the Menu 
  2. Go to Integrations.
  3. Tap on the Connect button for Facebook.
  4. Connect your Facebook account.
  5. Once connected, all pages of that connected account will be displayed.
  6. Select the page you want to integrate.
  7. Choose the campaign you want to connect to REM.
  8. Tap on Assign Campaign and select the Lead Category to connect.
  9. Tap on Import Lead to import all leads for the first time.
  10. After the first import, new leads will automatically sync.
  11. To disable auto-sync, enable/disable Lead ID from settings.

Important Note: Please note that the integration may stop functioning once the Facebook token expires. While the exact expiry period may vary from account to account, tokens typically expire within 2–3 months. A reminder will be sent two days prior to the expiry date. To ensure uninterrupted integration, the token must be renewed before it expires.

Integration Through the REM Webportal.

  1. Click on Integrations.
  2. Click on the Connect button for Facebook.
  3. Connect your Facebook account.
  4. Once connected, all pages of that connected account will be displayed.
  5. Select the page you want to integrate.
  6. Choose the campaign you want to connect to REM.
  7. Click on Assign Campaign and select the Lead Category to connect.
