With REM, you can manage your real estate business more efficiently by integrating with platforms such as Bayut. This guide walks you through how you can connect your REM account with Bayut, capture leads automatically, and publish your listings directly — all in just a few steps.

Connecting Bayut Through the REM App

You can easily connect Bayut with your REM App to manage leads and listings seamlessly, you can publish your listings to Bayut with just one click — no need to upload manually.

Capture Bayut Leads in REM Using Webhook

You can seamlessly capture leads from Bayut into your REM App using the REM Webhook code. Once connected, all incoming leads will automatically be assigned to the user whose property listing they originated from — no manual sorting needed.

Follow these simple steps to set it up:

1. Go to the Menu in your REM App.
2. Open the Integration section.
3. Tap on the Connect button under Bayut.
4. Select the Campaign you want to associate the leads with.
5. Copy the Webhook code and send it to Bayut support.
6. Tap on Connect to Bayut.

That’s it! Your REM App is now successfully connected to Bayut via Webhook. You’ll start receiving leads in real-time — fully organized and automatically assigned.

Publish REM Listings to Bayut Using XML Feed

After integrating your REM App with Bayut, you can publish your listings to Bayut with just one click — no need to upload manually.

To Set Up the Integration:

1. Go to the Menu in your REM App.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Real Estate Portals.
4. Find Bayut and copy the XML code.
5. Enable the integration by switching the toggle/button.

This will activate the XML feed, connecting REM with your Bayut account.

Connect with two Dubizzle + Bayut using one link

Since Dubizzle and Bayut are now combined, you only need one link for integration.

To set it up:

1. Inside the Real Estate Portals.
2. Find Dubizzle+Bayut one link copy the XML code and use this for integration.
3. Enable the integration by switching the toggle/button.

Once activated, REM will automatically sync your listings to both Dubizzle and Bayut — making your workflow simpler, faster, and more efficient.

How to Publish a Listing:

When you’re ready to make a listing live:

• Tap on + button in the bottom navigation.
• Select Sell Inventory if you want to sell a property.
• Select Rent Inventory if you want to rent out a property.

• Tap on Save & publish button to make it public.
• Simply check the box for “Bayut” under the Publish Platform section while creating or editing your listing.
• Your listing request will then be automatically sent to Bayut through the XML feed.

That’s it! Your listing will be published on Bayut directly from REM — saving you time and keeping your listings updated across platforms.

Connecting Bayut Through the REM Web Portal

You can also connect Bayut with using REM Web Portal for complete flexibility in lead and listing management.

To Capture Leads and listing Using Webhook:

1. Click on Integration from the sidebar.
2. Tap on the Connect button under Bayut.
3. Select the Campaign you want to associate the leads with.
4. Copy the Webhook code and send it to Bayut.
5. Click on Connect to Bayut.

You’ll now receive leads directly in your REM Web Portal — automatically assigned and ready for action.

2. Select Real Estate Portals.
3. Find Bayut and copy the XML code.
4. Enable the integration.

To Publish a Listing:

• Select Purchase & Sale Properties or Rental Properties from the left bar.
• Click + button on Sale Inventory or Rental Inventory accordingly.

• Click on Save.
• Check the box for “Bayut” under the Publish Platform while creating or editing your property.
• The listing will be automatically sent to Bayut via XML feed.
