Manage Status In REM App

Introduction

Effortlessly manage leads/clients with default and customizable statuses. Assign unique colors, save them for future use, and seamlessly access them across Lead Lists and Filters for better organization.

Default Statuses

REM provides predefined statuses such as All, Un-Contacted, Interested, Meeting Booked, Negotiating, Proposal Sent, Sale Closed, and Not Interested to help streamline lead/client management. These statuses ensure a structured workflow, making it easier to track progress and take timely actions.

  • All – Displays all leads/clients, regardless of their status.
  • Un-Contacted –leads/clients that have been added but have not yet been reached out. This is the default status for new leads/clients.
  • Interested – leads/clients who have shown interest in the service.
  • Meeting Booked – leads/clients with a scheduled meeting or appointment.
  • Negotiating –  leads/clients currently engaged in discussions regarding pricing, terms, or other details.
  • Proposal Sent – leads/clients who have received a proposal but haven’t responded yet.
  • Sale Closed – Successfully converted leads/clients who have completed a purchase.
  • Not Interested – leads/clients who have declined the offer or are no longer interested.

Create Customized Statuses

You can create your own personalized leads/clients statuses to fit your specific needs and manage them seamlessly for a more efficient workflow.

  1. Tap on the menu.
  2. Go to Manage Status.
  3. Some default statuses have already been added for your convenience.
  4. To create a personalized status for lead management, tap on “Add New Status.”
  5. Enter the status name.
  6. Select Leads Categories/Campaigns.
  7. Set a personalized color for this status.
  8. Tap “Save.
  9. The status is added successfully.

Order Of Statuses:

You can set the order of statuses to prioritize and organize them as needed and that will be reflected same in their REM App and Web. Easily move statuses up or down to ensure a smoother workflow and quicker access to important lead stages.

  1. Tap on the three dots of the status whose order you want to change.
  2. Then tap “Move Up” to move the status above.

3. To move it down, tap “Move Down“.

Edit Status

You can edit customized status anytime to reflect their current stage. Modify customized statuses to keep your leads/clients management up-to-date and well-organized.

  1. Tap on the edit option.
  2. Update the status name and color.
  3. Tap “Save.”
  4. The status is updated successfully.

Assign The Status To A Lead/Client:

You can assign a status to a Lead/Client to track their progress efficiently. Whether using a default status or a customized one, updating the lead’s status ensures better organization and smoother follow-ups.

To assign the status to a particular lead, tap on clients.

  1. Simply tab the status of the particular Lead/Client.
  2. Select the status from the option.
  3. The Lead/Client status will update to the selected one.

Delete Status:

You can delete a status if it’s no longer needed. Removing unnecessary statuses helps keep your lead/client management system clean and organized.

  1. Tap on Three dots of the status.
  2. Tap delete.
  3. Pop-up will appear in which you are asked to unassign that status from all the Campaigns. 
  4. Now go to Lead Campaigns/Categories.
  5. Select the Campaigns in which that status is being used & Go to Edit
  6. Remove that status from Campaigns & Tap Update Campaign.
  7. You’ll be asked to assign the Leads/Clients of the Particular Status to another status, or by default, it will be set to Un-Contacted.
  8. Select the desired status & Tap Done.
  9. Go back to the Manage Status.
  10. Tap on three dots & tap delete
  11. Pop-up will appear & Tap Yes.
  12. Status will be deleted successfully.

Create Customized Status

You can customize your own lead statuses to match your unique workflow, making it easier to manage and track every stage of the process efficiently.

  1. Go to Lead Status
  2. Click on Add New.
  3. Write a Status Name
  4. Choose the Color for status. 
  5. Select the Campaigns you’d like to assign a status.
  6. Click on Confirm.
  7. Lead Status will be added successfully.

Edit Status

You can also modify the status to keep your management up-to-date.

  1. Click on the Edit icon.
  2. Update the Status Name and Color for the status.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Status will be updated successfully.   

Assign The Status To A Lead

You can assign any specific status to specific leads to track the progress of Lead and to customize your leads in a specific manner

  1. Go to Leads.
  2. Simply click on three dots of status of a specific lead.
  3. Dropdown will appear, choose any status you want to assign to a lead.
  4. Pop-up will appear, Click on Yes.
  5. Status of the lead will be updated successfully. 

Delete Status 

You can also delete any status if you want.

  1. Click on Three dots of status.
  2. Click on the Delete.
  3. Pop-up will appear in which you are asked to unassign that status from all the Campaigns. 
  4. Now go to Lead Campaigns/Categories.
  5. Select the Campaigns in which that status is being used & Go to Edit
  6. Remove that status from Campaigns & Click Update.
  7. You’ll be asked to assign the Leads/Clients of the Particular Status to another status, or by default.
  8. Select the desired status & Tap Update.
  9. Go back to the Lead Status.
  10. Click on the Delete icon.
  11. Pop-up will appear, click Confirm.
