Managing a Manual Lead/Client

Introduction

With REM, managing your leads/clients is as easy as it gets. You can quickly create, update, and delete leads/clients, all with just a few clicks. It’s a smooth, hassle-free way to keep everything organized, so you can focus on what really matters – building those important relationships.

How to Create Lead Manually

You can manually create a lead in REM to efficiently track and manage potential clients, ensuring seamless follow-ups and engagement.

  • Tap the + button on the bottom navigation bar.
  • Select Create Lead.
  • Enter the Full Name of your Lead/Client.
  • Select the country code from the dropdown, and add the Phone Number of the Lead/Client.
  • Select Lead Category for the Lead/Client, so that you can track lead by its Category.( if you did not find the category your lead then create new Lead Category/Campiagn )
  • Assigning a lead to a team member is optional, If you want to assign this lead to a team member, select the member and set their permission access from Team Permissions.
  • Choose the Status (or keep it as “Un-Contacted” for new leads).
  • Add the Commission Percentage
  • Enter Lead Amount
  • Add additional details in the Notes section.
  • Tap Save and lead will be added with that details and
  • To include more information tap on Save & Add Details.
  • Enter Business Name and Email of your Lead/Client.
  • In Detailed Info, add Phone Number, Social Media links  such as Twitter, Facebook, Skype, website Link, Language.
  • Add the Location details by Selecting Country from the dropdown, State, City, and Address.
  • Tap Save. Lead/Client is added successfully. 

Edit Lead/Client

“You can edit a lead to update information and ensure accurate tracking. Simply select the Lead/Client for the listing.

  1. Tap the 3 dots at the top right corner, in the detail screen of lead
  2. select Edit from the option.
  3. Update the Name, Contact Number, Lead Category, Permissions, Status, and Notes.
  4. Edit additional details like Business name, Email or Social Links and other if needed.
  5. Tap Save. Lead is updated successfully. 

Delete Lead/Client

  1. Tap the 3 dots at the top right corner, in the detail screen of lead.
  2. Select Delete from the option.
  3. Lead will be deleted successfully.

Add to Phonebook

  1. Tap the 3 dots at the top right corner, in the detail screen of lead
  2. select Add to Phonebook from the option.
  3. The app will check for Contacts permission.
  4. If permission hasn’t been granted, the user will be prompted to allow access.
  5. Once permission is confirmed, the lead’s details (first & last name, phone number, email, company) will be automatically saved into the device’s native Contacts—no manual entry required.
  6. If a matching phone number already exists, the user will be prompted to update the contact detail or cancel.
  7. Upon success, the user sees a confirmation toast: “Contact added to your phonebook.”

Reassign, make a clone, reassign as uncontacted from lead page

Reassign a Lead

  • Open the lead.
  • Click on the 3 dots. Select Reassign.
  • Choose Campaign, Status, and Team Permission.
  • Click on Confirm. The lead will be reassigned.

Clone a Lead

  • Open the lead.
  • Click on the 3 dots. Select Make a Clone.
  • Choose Campaign, Status, and Team Permission.
  • Click on Confirm. The lead will be cloned.

Reassign as Uncontacted

  • Open the lead.
  • Click on the 3 dots. Select Reassign as Uncontacted.
  • The lead will be reassigned as Uncontacted in the same campaign.

Duplicate Leads

In the REM Guide, you can check for duplicate leads by tapping the Leads icon. This will display lead duplication details based on email and phone number within each lead category or campaign.

Leads Rating

You can now rate your leads by simply assigning them a star rating.

Leads Labels

You can manage your leads using lead labels such as Buyer, Seller, Tenant, and Landlord for better organization and tracking.

Change Lead Status

You can track your leads/client with a status without the hassle of remembering every minute details about the lead/client.

  1. Tap on the status to view available status options.
  2. Select the appropriate status to reflect the lead’s progress.
  3. The status has been updated for the selected one.

Quick Reminder Widget

You can access quick reminder menu by clicking the “Add Reminder” button to add Reminders. This “Quick Reminder Widget” also shows upcoming reminders.

How to Engage Lead/Client

You can send customized messages, share files, and projects with leads or clients via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

  1. For Email:
    • Tap on Email button.
    • Then Tap on Files
    • Select the Message, File or Project you want to send this client.
    • Tap Open in Email, you can send email to client easily.
  1. For WhatsApp:
    • Tap on WhatsApp button.
    • Select the Message, File or Project you want to send this client.
    • Tap Open in WhatsApp, it will redirect you to chat simply send the message.
  1. For SMS:
    • Tap on SMS button
    • Select the Message, File or Project you want to send this client.
    • Tap Open in SMS, it will redirect you to chat by this you can simply send to client.

How To Call Lead/Client

You can call leads using Call feature, choosing between their mobile or phone number if provided. Additionally, you can update the lead’s status and add some notes before ending the call to track their progress, ensuring an organized lead lifecycle.

Start A Call

  1. Tap on the Call Mobile button
  2. After tapping the ‘Call Mobile’ button, the call option will appear.
  3. Tap on ‘Call’ to initiate the call, and the button color will turn red.( red indicate that call is running).

End A Call

  1. Tap on call button to end the End Call.
  2. Update the status of lead and enter a note for future reference. Please note that to end the Call you have to tap on the “End Call” button and the call can be ended without changing status or adding a note to a call.

How to Add Tags

  1. Tap Add Tag.
  2. Enter the tag name.
  3. Set the color of this tag.
  4. Tap add. Tag added successfully !

Notes

You can add notes to any lead for reference or important updates. This allows you to record follow-up details, client preferences, or internal remarks. You can also add the clickable links in the notes that helps to open websites or reference links directly without needing to copy and paste (Format must include https:// for the link to be active.)

Track Lead/Client By Activities

Track the activities of your leads, including details such as who created, edited, or reassigned the lead. Monitor content, messages sent, comments, reminders, meetings added, and other related activities.

You can view the activity regarding a lead by clicking on the activity button in lead details. Following are the things that you can see in activities:

  • Lead being added by and updated by
  • Change to status of lead
  • Content shared by
  • Comments added by
  • Reminder added to a lead
  • Meeting with a lead scheduled by
  • Call to a lead
  • The time and date for the activities
  • Attachments being added

How To Manage Comments

You can easily add and manage comments to keep track of important updates and discussions.

  1. Tap the + icon and select Comment.
  2. Enter your comments.
  3. You can also add comment via Voice command
  4. Tap OK. Comment added successfully!

Set a Reminder

You can set reminders to ensure timely follow-ups and stay organized. You can choose between default or custom reminders, update their status, or delete them as needed.

  1. Tap the + icon 
  2. Select Reminder from the option.
  3. Choose Default or Custom Reminder.
  4. For Custom Reminders:
    • Enter the Subject.
    • Set the Date and Time.
  5. Tap Save. Reminder set successfully !

Update Status

You can update the reminder status

  1. Click on the dropdown icon of Status
  2. Choose the required status you want to update
  3. The status will be updated successfully

Delete Reminder

  1. Tap on the Delete icon.
  2. A confirmation popup will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.
  3. Click Delete to proceed or Cancel to keep the item.
  4. Once deleted, the reminder cannot be restored. If you delete a reminder before its scheduled time, you will not receive any notifications for it.

Schedule a Meeting Reminder

You can set a meeting reminder for both onsite and online meetings to ensure timely follow-ups and stay organized.

Add Meeting Reminder

  1. Tap the + icon 
  2. Select Meeting from the option.
  3. Enter the Subject.
  4. Set the Date for meeting 
  5. Set the Start and End Time for the meeting 
  6. Select Team Members that you want to add to the meeting.
  7. Select Meeting Location 
  8. For Online meeting, add the Meeting Link 
  9. For On -site meeting, add Location from drop down
  10. Last but not least add the description 
  11. Tab on Save and the Meeting will be added Successfully.

Edit Meeting

You can edit a meeting to update its details as needed.

  1. Tap on the Edit icon.
  2. Update the Subject, Date, Time, Team Members, Meeting Location, Meeting Link, and Description as required.
  3. Tap Save to confirm the changes.

Update Status

You can update the meeting status

  1. Click on the dropdown icon of Status
  2. Choose the required status you want to update
  3. The status will be updated successfully

Delete Meeting

  1. Tap on the Delete icon.
  2. A confirmation popup will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.
  3. Click Delete to proceed or Cancel to keep the item.
  4. Once deleted, the meeting cannot be restored. If you delete a meeting before its scheduled time, you will not receive any notifications for it.

Manage Attachments

Keep track of important documents by adding attachments to a lead. REM supports various file formats, including PDF, DOCX, DOC, JPG, JPEG, and PNG.

How to Add an Attachment

  1. Tap the (+) button in the bottom right corner.
  2. Select Attachment.
  3. Enter the File Name.
  4. Upload the File.
  5. Tap Save.

You can view attachments anytime and delete them by tapping the Delete button.

Manage Team Members

You can view which team members have been assigned to a lead and the level of access granted to each of them.

Add Property Inquiry Of Lead/Client

You can add a property directly from this page. Simply tap the Add Property button, fill in the details, and save. Publish it to get an instant match.

How to Create Lead Manually

  • Click on Lead form the left side bar
  • Click on Add Lead.
  • Select Campaign for the Lead/Client, so that you can track lead by its Campaign/Category.( if you did not find the category for your lead then creatw new Lead Category/ Campaign )
  • Choose the Status (or keep it as “Un-Contacted” for new leads)
  • Enter the Contact Name of your Lead/Client.
  • Select the country code from the dropdown, and add the Mobile number of the Lead/Client.
  • Add additional details in the Notes section.
  • Add the Commission Percentage
  • Enter Lead Amount
  • Select the DRI (Direct Responsible Individual), Assigning a lead to a team member is optional, If you want to assign this lead to a team member, select the member and set their permission access from Team Permissions.
  • Select the Tags
  • Tap Add Lead and lead will be added with that details.
  • To include more information tap on Add More Details.
  • Enter the Basic Info Business Name, Email and Telegram ID of your Lead/Client.
  • In Detailed Info, add Phone Number, Social Media links such as Twitter, Facebook, Skype, Website Link, Language.
  • Add the Location details by Selecting Country from the dropdown, State, City, and Address.
  • Click on Add Lead. Lead/Client is added successfully. 

Edit Lead/Client

You can edit a lead to update information and ensure accurate tracking. Simply select the Lead/Client for the listing.

  1. Click on edit button of the Lead or open the lead detail page to edit the lead, select Edit from the option.
  2. Update the Leads Status,Lead Source, Tags, Basic info Contact Name, Business Name, Email, Telegram ID, Mobile, Notes, Commission Percentage, Lead Amount, DRI (Direct Responsible Individual),
  3. Edit additional details like Business name, Email or Social Links and other if needed.
  4. Click Update. Lead is Updated successfully.

  • Manually select the leads from the campaign list.
  • Click on Change Status.
  • Choose the desired status and click Change Status again.
  • The selected leads will have their status updated successfully.

  1. Go to Meeting
  2. Click Add Meeting.
  3. Enter the Subject.

  7. Assign Agent to the meeting, select the agent you want to assign to this meeting from the dropdown.
  8. For Online meeting, add the Meeting Link 
  9. For On-site meeting, add Location form drop down
  10. Last but not least add the description 
  11. Click on Save and the Meeting is set successfully!
