Make A Clone Lead/Client

Estimated reading: 2 minutes 314 views

Introduction

The “Make a Clone” feature in REM allows you to duplicate a lead or client and assign it to a team member. Each cloned lead has separate access, enabling team members to manage it individually or collaboratively. To grant individual access, assign the lead to a specific team member. If you want multiple users to collaborate, assign the leads within a group.
