Re-Assign Lead/Client

Introduction

The “Reassign” feature in REM allows you to reassign a lead/client and assign it to a team member. Each cloned lead has separate access, enabling team members to manage it individually or collaboratively. To grant individual access, assign the lead to a specific team member. If you want multiple users to collaborate, assign the leads within a group.

How to Reassign Lead in REM App

Reassigning leads is easier than ever! Follow these simple steps:

  • Tap on Clients from the bottom navigation bar.
  • Press and hold to select a single or multiple leads/clients.
  • Tap on Re-Assign and select Reassign from the dropdown.
  • Select the relevant Category/Campaign.
  • Assign the lead to a team member and set access permissions.
  • Tap on Confirm, and the Selected lead/client is reassign successfully

Reassign Lead/client with REM Web Portal

The Reassign process is also available on the REM Web Portal, ensuring flexibility across platforms for efficient lead management.

  1. Click on Leads from the side bar.
  2. Select a single or multiple leads/clients.
  3. Click on Reassign and select Reassign from the dropdown.
  4. Select the relevant Category/Campaign.
  5. Assign the lead to a team member and set access permissions.
  6. Click on Confirm, and the lead/client is Reassigned successfully.

Reassign Leads/Clients via Category/Campaign

You can also reassign leads directly from a Lead Category or Campaign:

  1. Choose the desired Lead Category or Campaign from Lead Category/Campaign Listing.
  2. Select the specific leads you want to reassign.
  3. Assign the leads to a team member and confirm.
