Publish REM Listings to Broker Connector Using XML Feed

After integrating your REM App with Broker Connector, you can publish your listings to Broker Connector with just one click — no need to upload manually.

To Set Up the Integration:

1. Go to the Menu in your REM App.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Real Estate Portals.
4. Copy the XML code of Broker Connector.
5. Enable the integration by switching the toggle/button.

This will activate the XML feed, connecting REM with your Broker Connector account.

How to Publish a Listing:

When you’re ready to make a listing live:

• Tap on + button in the bottom navigation.
• Select Sell Inventory if you want to sell a property.
• Select Rent Inventory if you want to rent out a property.
• After selecting the appropriate option, fill out the ADD REQUIREMENTS form. For further information, go to List Your Clients Inventory & Inquiry At REM, & Find Prefect Property Match with REM Ai Matchmaker page
• Tap on Save & publish button to make it public.
• Simply check the box for “Broker Connector” under the Publish Platform section while creating or editing your listing.
• Your listing request will then be automatically sent to Broker Connector through the XML feed.

That’s it! Your listing will be published on Broker Connector directly from REM — saving you time and ensuring your listings stay current across platforms.

2. Select Real Estate Portals.

• Click on Save.
